Saint-Cloud racecourse invites you to the racecourse on Saturday 8th July 2023 for the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud – Country Picnic.
An exceptional sporting competition awaits, featuring the best French racehorses!
A wide variety of entertainment is in store on this race day, which attracts the racing elite. What’s in store: painting competition, country picnic and free games and activities for children. The ideal way to kick off the summer!
The Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud is reserved for experienced horses aged 4 and over. It is run over the classic mile and a half distance, just like the world’s greatest horse race, the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
For elite horses, the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud is part of their preparation for this major international event that will be run on Sunday 1st October at ParisLongchamp racecourse.

Alpinista, who also won the 2022 Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, broke the course record that had been held for 35 years by Moon Madness!
For one day only, Saint-Cloud racecourse is being transformed into an open-air art studio!
A huge painting competition is being organised with one aim: to record the fantastic atmosphere of a day at the races!
A number of artists set up their easels on the racecourse to enter the famous painting competition, creating their masterpiece on the day itself. 50 painters come to the racecourse from 8am and spend the day recording the superb atmosphere at the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud.
